A RETIRED Lutheran pastor told a Brisbane court yesterday that allegations he sexually abused a Toowoomba private school student were fabricated.
David Bertram Hoopmann, 73, has pleaded not guilty in the Brisbane District Court to six counts of indecently dealing with a 15-year-old female during 1979 and 1980.
Mr Hoopmann denied allegations he kissed and fondled the girl, now 38, in the church vestry, in the school library, in a car during a visit to the Sunshine Coast and while driving her home in his car.
The trial is continuing.
