Electoral Act 1907
An application has been made for the registration as a political party of the liberals for forests Party.
(i) is not in accordance with Section 62E of the Electoral Act 1907; or (ii) should be refused under Section 62J of the Electoral Act 1907 is invited to submit to the Electoral Commissioner within one month after 12 April 2001, a statement which: (a) sets out in detail the grounds for the elector's belief in respect to (i) and (ii) above; Any statement submitted will be available for public inspection without fee at the Office of the Electoral Commissioner, Level 2, AXA Centre, 111 St George's Terrace, Perth 6000.
